Pacific Waters is a 3-story oversized beach house which is located at the top of Nelson Bay, overlooking the majestic waters of Port Stephens and the Pacific Ocean.

All of the rooms and entertaining spaces are large and comfortable – and offer incredible views of Port Stephens.

All of the furniture etc inside and out are brand new.

The wonderful Beaches, Water sports, Dining and shopping at either Salamander Bay or Nelson Bay are all only 5 mins away.

Recently renovated, their 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom house can sleep 10 guests, with an option of 12 guests.

Top (3rd) floor:

• Main bedroom with 1 queen bed & en-suite
• 2nd bedroom with 1 queen bed
• 3rd bedroom with 2 single beds
• Bathroom

2nd floor:

• Bedroom with 2 bunk beds (4 singles)
• Main Bathroom

1st floor:

• Double garage
• Pool room

All bedrooms come with cupboards, including coat hangers.

**NOTE – Pacific Waters accommodates maximum 10 guests with an option of 12 guests. They have a sofa bed in the lounge room to accommodate additional 2 guests. Please book upon application. Linen is provided for the sofa bed and will be charged at $50.00 per person per night.

When staying in Pacific Waters you have complete access to areas including our kitchen + dining room, the lounge room with 1 Samsung 55” TV, 2 comfy lounges, the living room with 3 chill out areas, laundry with washing machine, washing line (either outside or inside), the balcony with a 13 piece outdoor setting, BBQ, and of course the pool room with a pool table and dart board for the whole family to enjoy!

They have additional extras on offer for your convenience when travelling with a young family!

Pacific Waters are also Pet Friendly (small dogs only) as after all they are family too!
